Sports Have Started

Harper is playing soccer and baseball this season.  There is quite a time crunch with them both being on Tuesday and Saturdays, but we are working it out!  He is really catching on in soccer and has scored several goals!

Harper is doing great at machine pitch
It is always a challenge to keep the younger boys entertained!

I'll post a baseball uniform picture after he has his first game.

Petting Zoo

One of the model had a petting zoo for its grand opening.  The boys loved the baby animals, especially the puppies.

School Starts!

Harper started school on August 18th.  He is loving it and we like his new teacher.
Looking so grown up!

The little boys wanted to be in the picture too!
Harper has several friends from last year in his class.

End of Summer

I am sure you all feel the same way, this summer has just gone too fast.  We have been trying to squeeze in as much fun as we can before it is really over.  This is going to be a long post, but it is the only way for me to get caught up!

The boys wearing their new Michigan State shirts!

We were able to spend some time with the LeFevers while they vacationed on the island.  The kids were instantly friends again.

Trying to get all 6 kids together, only 5 here!
 And all 6!
They were also able to make it out to Hampton Lake to swim and fish!
Holden just likes to eat the bait!
We finally made it to Splash in the Boro the day before they closed for the season!  Harper was big enough to ride all the rides and loved it!
Hudson's favorite part was surprisingly the lazy river.

After a few hours, Holden was completely worn out and ready to leave!  But he had so much fun.

Holden rallied for a second to splash Hudson!
Of course, we did lots of crafts!

Making a home for Harper's frogs
 Hudson sporting his skull tattoo!
The boys were so fascinated watching how a toilet flushes.
Hudson loves to push everything, especially his stroller!
Swimming at our neighborhood pool
 Harper caught a toad!

And we got a new golf cart!  So exciting!
Harper had a playdate with his friend Victor, good thing he is in Harper's class again!
Hudson being silly with a blanket and slippers when it is 90+ degrees outside!
 Holden's zombie face!
We have started attending the Lowe's Grow and Build clinics and Harper loves them!
We even brought cousin Jack to one!
 Cousins on the golf cart
 and in the swimming pool

Harper had his first friend sleepover for a boy in the neighborhoods birthday.  He did great and they slept in a tent indoors!
 The silly boys!
Harper lost his first tooth, while eating corn on the cob!
 Family night at the beach.
Hudson sure does love to eat!

Holden loves chips!
 Checking out the lifeguard stand
 Hudson making/eating cookies

Holden complains that all his shirts are too long, so he tucks in the front
 Elvis glasses!
Labor Day at the beach with friends
 Cool guy

 Holden loved Ella's boogie board
Hudson loves to be a big kid!
That pretty much sums up our end of summer!
