Harper finally got to meet with the physical therapist today. I will jump to the verdict for you eager readers...We are going to meet with the pt every other week until Harper learns to walk. She was pretty impressed with what he could do, she was expecting less from his prescription from the doctor. She said his muscle tone was all great except his ankles. He tested at 10 months for reflexes (bracing himself when falling). She was concerned with his transition (go from laying down to sitting) and locomotion (pulling up and crawling). I can't remember with transition, I thought it was 10 months, but she was concerned so it must not have been (it is all so confusing!). He tested at 8 months for locomotion. This is a 20% difference, which means that he probably won't qualify for free services through BabyNet. He will find out about that later though. She wants us to work on kneeling, pulling up, pushing the ride on toy, cruising around the table and climbing over my legs, pillows, and obstacles. We will schedule a meeting with her next week and she will go over the activities again and give us handouts, then the following week we will begin the actual pt. Our pt has an 11 month who isn't crawling. That made us feel better! Overall, I am happy with the outcome. I was nervous that we might have to go three times a week and that would have been a lot of work. I think twice a month is very doable. I just hope that he learns to walk on time or we could be doing this for 8 months! Thanks to everyone for all of your concerns and prayers! We appreciate everything!

I am ignorant to so much of this seeing as we don't have our own hooligans crawling, shimmying, walking, or running around just yet. As I think though, the only therapy I ever had was a jolly jumper with a cupcake dangling 2 feet over my head. Hence why I am such a rockstar at basketball!
