About two weeks ago, I had just got back from a jog. I pulled the jogging stroller up behind the car, so Harper would be in the shade while I brought in the trash cars. I got Harper out and we went inside, but left the stroller behind the car. Later that day, I decided to run some errands and backed over the stroller. It appeared to be fine. The next time I went for a run, the stroller kept veering to the left, which made for a hard run. It is fine if you are walking because it is easier to steer it. So Allen began the search for a stroller on Craigslist. I first posted my accident on Facebook, hoping that someone would offer me another free stroller. The Reeds gave us the first stroller free when they were cleaning out their garage. No offers, but everyone was recommending a BOB stroller. We had not planned on getting the single BOB, we thought we would make the investment for the double BOB, thinking we would get more use out of it. Allen found a fairly new BOB for a third of the price. He agreed that we could get it, if I budgeted for it for the rest of the year! The in-person exchange was alittle scary, but Allen came along just in case. Everything worked out fine! Today was our first run and it went really well. Harper had slept until 9:15, so it was a pretty hot run!

Double BOB... get more use out of it? Could you extrapolate please.
I just thought it was stupid to invest over $300 in a stroller that will only be good for a few years. We want more kids someday, so why not just wait and invest the $700 for the double stroller-that we can use for more years. Does that help-Clayton?
I think you planned the little run over with the car! Just kidding- but good idea. I might try that one!
I might have to agree with Amy on this one! Congrats - see you at the next race... you have to uphold your title of fastest stroller in Bluffton!
