The book recommended a potty doll. I wasn't sold on the idea, but after about 5 minutes, quickly gave in. He has a teddy bear that wears underwear and sits on the little potty while Harper sits on the big potty. Teddy peed in his potty (water with yellow food coloring) and he got candy. Another thing that was good, was Harper gets a candy for keeping his underwear dry even if he didn't pee in the potty yet. Also, thanks Amy Jones, because Harper (and teddy) really enjoy peeing on cereal in the potty!
Saturday, he had one accident about mid-morning and then peed about 3 times in the potty. We headed to Anderson's birthday party in a pull-up and then swim diaper, so not sure how he did.
Sunday, he woke up and didn't want to wear underwear, just a pull-up. This was fine since we were heading to church after he peed in the potty. At the nursery he peed twice in the potty. We were back in underwear after church and no accidents yet today!
We still wear diapers at naptime and bedtime. Harper says "All done potty training," when he goes to bed. Then he says "When I wake up, more potty training. I wear underwear."
So excited for his Mickey Mouse underwear. He told everyone at Target that we were buying underwear. He had to open the package immediately and hold all of the underwear.
This is how our days are spent, mostly just in underwear, sometimes with a tshirt. Here he is wearing Allen's visors, with his shoes. He said he was going fishing.

Glad that it helped! I'm ashamed to say, but Henry did better peeing outside so now inside he likes to stand up. Which is great because you don't have to sit in the bathroom as long, but we are struggling with poop accidents. Let me know if you have any advice!
