New House

I had to take a break from unpacking boxes. I need some down time, so I decided to first pay bills, balance checkbooks, update the budget-things that I had to do. Now I have some time to update the blog!

YEA!!!! We are FINALLY in our new house! Last Friday was our first night. I think we are all adjusting well. There is still things to get finished, but I got the most important stuff done today-they installed our closets and our cable/internet!!!

Of course, the biggest change is Harper's big boy bed. We haven't found one we like yet. So I told Harper he would still be in his crib. He was so upset about that, so I asked Jenny to bring over the bed she was giving to us. I only planned on taking the mattresses, but the bed also works for now. Harper doesn't seem to mind! He is adjusting pretty well. Naptimes are a struggle, but bedtime is fine.My favorite room-the playroom. I am so excited for these built ins. They hold so many toys. Harper is having so much fun rediscovering his toys.

We brought out the ball pit to play in.

Holden wasn't too sure about it, but I also put him straight to bed after this picture.

Allen and Harper even caught this bass, right in our backyard! I have a feeling they are going to be doing a lot of fishing now! (Notice our new chairs in the background-Allen had 22 chairs and 3 tables to put together. Not fun, but worth the savings!)
