Playgroup Halloween Party

What a decision it was to pick a Halloween costume this year!  Harper finally decided he wanted to be Superman.  He said it for about a week, so we headed to the store to get his costume.  Then he decided that he needed a mask and a cape and Superman didn't have a mask.  We finally decided on Batman and got a special cape from the toy aisle.  He was so excited.  He had to put on his costume and go to Daddy's work.

 

 I thought his costume was just a little too small, so I returned it for the bigger size (without Harper knowing).  The next size was just a little too big, but then we can wear clothes under it, if it ever cools off here!

So we headed to our playgroup Halloween party.  We had it later in the afternoon so that the school kids could come.  It was pretty warm so not all of the kids wore their costumes.

 Holden is Captain American.  This is the first time I could get him in his costume.  He cried, but was okay by the time we got to the playground.  He was just grouchy, because I had to wake him up from his nap.

 Holden won't wear his Captain American mask, but he will wear the Batman one.  I had to go buy him his own, because they were fighting so much over Harper's.
